摘要：時代南灣，時代地產2010年頂級力作，是廣州唯一看山看湖看海的休閑居所。瀚華景觀設計團隊在對整體建筑風格和地勢地貌有了充分的了解后，詮釋的景觀規(guī)劃以自然風格為主，表達山、湖、海的自然風情，同時融入新加坡園林的各種精致細節(jié)及層次豐富的植物種植層次，打造既自然生態(tài)又精致細膩的宜人景觀空間。
Hanhua Nansha Times Landscape Design Introduction

Abstract: Nansha Times, an outstanding tour de force by Times Property in 2010, is the only leisure residential project in Guangzhou that boasts an integral view of mountains, lakes and the sea. After a thorough understanding of the overall architecture style and the topography, Hanhua Landscape Design team interprets the work with an emphasis on the natural resources. Based on the raw landscape formed by the mountains, lakes and the sea, we incorporate the exquisite details and plentiful layers of planting of Singapore garden into our design, aiming at creating a natural while delicate landscape.

時代南灣為2010年時代地產頂級力作，坐擁山湖海眾多自然生態(tài)資源，項目產品包含六星級酒店、高層洋房、聯(lián)排別墅以及獨立別墅，是廣州唯一看山看湖看海的休閑居所。瀚華景觀設計團隊在對整體建筑風格和地勢地貌有了充分的了解后，詮釋的景觀規(guī)劃以自然風格為主，表達山、湖、海的自然風情，同時融入新加坡園林的各種精致細節(jié)及層次豐富的植物種植層次，打造既自然生態(tài)又精致細膩的宜人景觀空間。其設計目標旨在把該項目打造成一個極具休閑度假式居住區(qū)，并運用鮮明的現(xiàn)代設計風格，以彰顯時代地產的產品個性。
Nansha Times, an outstanding tour de force by Times Property in 2010, is the only leisure residential project in Guangzhou that boasts an integral view of mountains, lakes and the sea. The project includes six-star hotels, high-rise western-style apartments, row houses and detached villas. After a thorough understanding of the overall architecture style and the topography, Hanhua Landscape Design team interpreted the work with an emphasis on the natural resources. Based on the raw landscape formed by the mountains, lakes and the sea, we incorporated the exquisite details and plentiful layers of planting of Singapore garden into our design, aiming at creating a natural while delicate landscape. The Design objective was to create a residential park landscape with a strong ambiance and theme of escape, adventure and relaxation wrapped in a strong contemporary style to meet the Client's Brand.
本項目景觀設計任務主要圍繞時代南灣四-五期健身運動空間、公共花園空間、入口展示區(qū)、公共休閑區(qū)、觀湖活動空間、兒童活動區(qū)、沿湖環(huán)路徑七區(qū)域進行，七個空間節(jié)點又相互交融形成中心花園區(qū)、湖濱花園區(qū)、休閑花園區(qū)三個特色區(qū)域，設計師濃墨重彩精心設計。
The design tasks are mainly comprised of seven sections including sports area, public garden, entrance show area, public leisure area, lake-view activity area, kids’ play area and lakeside path. The connections between the seven spatial nodes form three featured zones on which the designer placed most of the emphasis including central garden, lakeside garden and leisure garden.
中心花園區(qū)
精心設計的曲徑園路，陽光草坪，充滿探險和刺激的游樂園區(qū)，浪漫而健康的沿湖跑道，精致的雕塑和熱鬧的小區(qū)廣場，這些元素通通融入愜意的疏林草地間，形成了極具個性又處處充滿驚喜的現(xiàn)代風格景觀。
Central Garden
Secluded meandering pathways, large sun lawns, adventure play areas, lake side walks, bike trails, sculptures and community plazas are all set within a collage of monoculture planting and woodland trees providing interest and surprise in a modern shaded setting.
湖濱花園區(qū)
以簡約時尚生活為導向，通過精彩的鋪裝細節(jié)、構成性的景觀構筑、自由開敞的湖面景觀、豐富生動的植被，形成一個回歸自然、充滿青春活力、傍水而居的現(xiàn)代居所。湖岸線活動空間的設計，利用場地的高差設計了梯田式的臺地花園及疊級溪流、沿湖岸線設有觀湖步道、人造沙灘平臺，親水棧道、景觀碼頭等，形成了立體、多層次的親水體驗空間。
Lakeside Garden
Simple and stylish oriented, this back-to-nature and vibrant lakeside modern dwelling is set within amazing paving details, constructive landscape framework, free and open lake view, diverse and lively plants. Based on the existing lake shoreline such activity space was formed as lakeside walks, artificial beach, boardwalks and landscape wharfs, while levels were considered in designing the terraced garden and cascading creeks, thus creating a three-dimensional and layered waterfront experience.
休閑花園區(qū)
休閑花園設計從富有棱角和幾何圖形印記的珠三角特色農田地貌及該項目周邊山地環(huán)境獲取靈感，充分配合現(xiàn)有地形并與之相得益彰，創(chuàng)造出富有現(xiàn)代人文氣息的別致景觀。景觀設計手法上采用折線構圖，圍合了一個個開敞的或半開放的景觀空間，運用有序的植物種植，形成了小區(qū)相對輕松自由、靜謐休閑的主題空間。休閑花園的溪流設計在游龍的形態(tài)中得到靈感，旱溪設計輔以水生植物，流水潺潺，四季有景。經濟價值最高，使用成本最低。
Leisure Garden
Inspired by the angular and geometric marine aquaculture of the Pearl River Delta and the surrounding hillsides the landscape seeks to react and work with the existing landform while providing a ribbon of modern amenities set within the park like landscape. Polylines are used to form open or semi-open enclosures. Well-aligned planting provides a relaxed and quiet theme space. The creek design was inspired by a swimming dragon, dry creek decorated with aquatic plants and gurgling water providing a seasonal view. That is a strong example of achieving the highest value with the lowest cost.
